Advice provided is based on current legislation and industry approved codes of practice. A member of the management team will visit a site and advise the Client or their representative on all relevant issues to be considered.
Cost plans are provided in accordance with any Client requirements.
The Company carries out all types of demolition projects.
Our projects range from private housing sites to retail, industrial and commercial premises. Demolition of high rise structures such as residential blocks and multi-storey car parks form part of our routine activities.
McCormack Demolition arranges for pre-demolition surveys to be completed.
We then manage licensable and non-licensable asbestos removal works in full compliance with all relevant legislation. All HSE and Environmental Agency documentation systems are maintained.
McCormack Demolition is committed to minimising waste going to landfill.
We operate site waste management plans and crush bricks and masonry on site to create a reusable aggregate product. This creates a saving for the Client in terms of both time and money.
McCormack Demolition is a CITB Constructionskills levy payer and as such is committed to maintaining a qualified, competent, experienced workforce.
A rolling staff training and development programme is operated whereby a training needs analysis is regularly completed and any training gaps highlighted are addressed. The Company is a member of the National Demolition Training Group (NDTG).
This allows the Company to access a full range of demolition specific training courses for Site Managers, Plant Operatives and Site Operatives.

We have invested heavily in ‘state of the art’ demolition specific plant and machinery. This allows us to operate safely and competently on sites.
Accreditations are maintained with external auditing organisations for quality, environmental and safety management systems.
